Zach Wilson

Founder, CEO

Zach Wilson was born and raised in Bermuda. He started his career working in the digital marketing space after completing a Digital Media Marketing Certification at NYU. With a passion for music and creative expression, he transitioned into songwriting and vocal production, catching the attention of executives from Roc Nation, Sony/ATV, and Warner Publishing. Wilson found his creative home at Warner/Chappell with Grammy Award winning, platinum-selling producers, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, for several years. He has worked with artists Ella Mai, Rotimi, Rick Ross, Mack Wilds, Mali Music and more, earning him a top 3 Billboard international single and the Abe Olman Scholarship Award from The Songwriters Hall of Fame. Beyond the studio, Zach’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through his partnership with renowned speakeasy Blind Barber as he hosted R&B/Art exhibition events that attracted a niche audience, curated a luxurious urban experience, and opened the door to other opportunities in artist management, brand collaboration and creative consulting.

Cameron Capers

Founding Member, Head of Entertainment Partnerships

Cameron Capers oversees entertainment programs and partnerships, shaping the design of entertainment experiences. He is currently the co-founder of Black Wax, a talent management company whose roster of artists, producers, and songwriters has garnered over 10 billion streams, 16 Billboard Hot 100 entries, and 28 RIAA certifications including an RIAA Diamond single. In addition to building the roster, he has secured multi-year brand partnerships for clients with major consumer brands, including Coca-Cola, Netflix, Diageo, and Virgin Voyages. Previously, Cameron worked at Sony Music and Parkwood Entertainment, where he managed large-scale campaigns and product launches for projects such as Beyoncé’s Lemonade, Everything Is Love (with Jay-Z), Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé, the ‘adidas x Ivy Park’ launch, and the development of Chloe x Halle. As Lumina grows, Cameron will lead talent booking and management, bringing world-class artists to Bermuda and expanding the platform for local and international collaboration. Cameron holds a B.A. with honors from New York University and is an MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Halle Teart

Founding Member, Head of Creative Strategy & Operations

Halle Teart is a Bermudian passionate about culture and skilled at project management, research, strategic planning, and communication. She brings strategic, analytical, and operational expertise to Lumina’s core functions, overseeing everything from brand and program development to fundraising and organizational strategy. After graduating with honors from The Johns Hopkins University, Halle transitioned to work in strategy consulting at Deloitte. Here, she contributed to over $200M in business development and led stakeholder engagement for a federal client performance management effort. Halle has developed strategic plans and conducted workforce analysis for a state-led Biden-Harris Administration initiative. She has also organized and facilitated strategy sessions to prepare international and local non-profits to scale their organizations in size and scope, and stood up critical human capital structures for a federal office to scale by 695%. Halle is currently completing degrees in Cultural Policy and Management and Governance and Leadership at Sciences Po and Hertie School, respectively.

Garrett Clinton

Founding Member, Host of Financial Literacy Summit

Garrett Clinton is the host of Lumina’s Financial Literacy Summit and an advocate for expanding access to investing knowledge across culture, community, and capital. He is currently an investor at Westbound Equity, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Palo Alto. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Makena Capital, a fund of funds spun out of Stanford Management Company. At Makena, he helped manage endowment and foundation portfolios across the country, led key firm and portfolio strategy initiatives, and supported the firm’s venture capital efforts by underwriting co-investments, sourcing deals, and building relationships with next-generation fund managers. Garrett holds a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and is an MBA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Justin Wilson

Founding Member, CTO

Justin Wilson is a Bermudian technology leader who creates cutting-edge solutions across AI, mobile, and web platforms, handling everything from frontend design to backend architecture. Drawing from both technical and creative intuition, Justin achieved recognition as a Grammy-winning musical arranger while also building successful businesses. Justin manages his family media company, Wilson World Media, which has over 3 million followers and more than 1 billion views. The Wilson family works with major technology and entertainment companies including Google, Apple, Disney, Meta, and Amazon. As a technical innovator and media strategist, Justin manages large-scale media campaigns and creates compelling digital experiences that reach audiences worldwide. His combination of engineering expertise, AI development skills, and creative leadership puts him at the forefront of technology-driven media innovation.
